If you've got two SSB USB disks large enough, it would almost certainly be the method that I would choose. It's got a decent chance of being much faster if your computers have USB 3.0 ports.

You'd also have more ports to open to get it to work and you'd have to make sure everything was set for LAN mode to work in the clients. You'll probably be limited by the internal bus speed of your switch, but it should go pretty fast. You'd have to create the torrent on the master machine and enable tracker mode. That's a lot more painful to set up, but it might work out better if you have that much data to transfer. However, if you've got that much data to transfer to that many systems all on the same LAN, you might consider using qBittorrent. The only difficulty might be in opening ports for the server.
